RETURNS :

At LaLa FELINE we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer an easy returns process.

Return conditions:

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all original labels and packaging.

Return procedure:

Register your return via 'My Account' (next to shopping cart) at www.lalafeline.nl and return your package within 14 days (including weekends).

Step 2: Log in to 'My Account' with your email address and password.

Step 3: Go to 'My Orders' and choose the order for which you want to return an item(s).

Processing

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price in the same way you paid, excluding shipping costs.
Please note that we charge a return shipping fee of €3.95, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund

After receiving and checking your return shipment, we aim to refund the refunded amount to your account within 5-7 working days.
